Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order (business days only). Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In the event an item is backordered we will contact you to inform you of the expected ship date.

Some shipments may be required to be shipped via freight/ truck/ pallet. We may contact you for approval and a change in shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hougen Manufacturing, Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
